Refund policy

Due to hygiene issues, we only offer returns or exchanges for defective items (damaged or broken) or faulty orders (The style, color, or quantity of the items we send out do not match the order you placed). 

If the item/s is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Please contact us at crazynightnz@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item, including a photo and description of the fault. After we confirm, please return item to us within 14 days of the purchase.

All returned items must be unwashed, unused or unworn and have packaging or tags intact. If any returned items that have been damaged or altered from their original state, they will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer. 

For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest tracking your parcel, as unfortunately we are not liable for lost return parcels.

We will provide a full refund or an exchange (if we have a replacement in stock) once we have received the returned item.

Please note that we do NOT refund your original shipping cost.
