Shipping policy

All items are shipped from NZ. We provide Courier Post Overnight Delivery, Non-signature for shipping. Freight charges cover packaging, delivery and insurance and are as follows:

Standard Delivery rate: Urban $6.5/Rural $12.5/PO Box $12.5

All items (excluding new arrival/pre-orders/sales) will be dispatched within 24 hours of your order. Holidays and weekends will be postponed.

Our local courier driver collects the parcels between 9-10am on business days. Your order tracking information will be normally updated after 5pm on the day after the courier collects your parcel.

New Zealand(non-rural) – Delivery normally takes 1-2 business days after dispatch.

New Zealand (rural) – Delivery normally takes between 1-5 business days after dispatch.

We DO NOT ship items outside of New Zealand.

Crazynight will NOT be liable for loss or damage of goods once received by the postal/courier service. Claims for damages or loss in transit must be made against the carrier.

We provide the tracking number, but are NOT responsible for tracking your parcel once received by the postal/courier service. If you have questions about tracking information, please contact NZ Post 0800501501. 

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Some remote or rural locations may take a little longer (please allow an additional 2 working days for rural addresses).

We take great care to ensure your purchases arrive safely and may at our choice, use other courier services to ship our products and do not pay compensation for late delivery. Please note that occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock so we will contact you to organise an alternative product or credit note.
